Indian Head Massage
Enjoy the calming effects of our Indian Head Massage, focusing on stress relief and relaxation. It is a therapeutic practice rooted in ancient Ayurvedic traditions, focusing on massaging the head, neck and shoulders to promote relaxation and well-being.
Massage
Swedish massage, a relaxing therapy for full body, it uses techniques like stroking, kneading and tapping to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and promote overall well-being. We also offer head, neck and shoulders, hand and arm, leg and foot massages. One hour massage is equivalent to 7-8 hours sleep.

Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion - is a mechanical exfoliation treatment that gently sloughs away dead surface skin cells and creates a smoother, softer appearance. It helps thicken your collagen, a protein in your skin that is abundant when you are young and makes your complexion even and texture taut.

Who We Are
Highly qualified and motivated professionals who decided to form this group to provide an outstanding service to companies who care about the well-being of their employees. We all believe in the power of holistic therapies and beauty treatments to enhance your natural beauty and to give you the feel good factor, so we thought what better than a one-stop shop! We are based in Plymouth and we are happy to travel to surrounding areas.
Our treatment prices are only an amazing "£14 per 20 minute session" (for most treatments). We can keep our prices low as we do not have overheads to pay for and we feel that is an extremely low price for all the pampering and relaxation you will receive. Alternatively if you want a longer session, just book multiple slots.
We only ask that have the room hire is free and we can stay for a morning/afternoon/evening or all day! You can book two of us, four or us or all of us for weekly, monthly, bi-monthly whatever you like. Imagine how happy your employees will be knowing we are coming to you and they will receive the hard earned relaxation that they deserve.
